Bud Flood was once the owner of Sparkling Crystal Pure FloodWater, a bottled water company. During a heat
wave, Flood poisoned his competetors' water in an effort to monopolize the market. Ironically, he accidently
fell into a vat of water he had tainted. The chemicals transformed him into The Liquidator, a mass of living
water--and gave him the ability to control and alter liquids. He was quick to turn his "talents" towards crime.
Synopsis:
Bud Flood was a serious businessman (although a crooked one). This reflects in the way the Liquidator
speaks and acts. Its hillarious how he always tries to incorporate some sort of slogan before disposing of an
enemy. Also, when he became the liquidator, Bud saw it as a business opurtunity. My only question for
Disney is why didn't the liquidator ever manipulate someone's blood (yes, blood is a liquid too) and make it
spurt out, causing the person to grow weak and die? I guess that would be to gory for a children's cartoon.
